A classic Irish dish that dates back to St. Patrick. 100% fresh ground beef slowly cooked with carrots and garden peas, topped with duchess potato and baked until golden brown.

This is a dish made with spring lamb which is slowly cooked until tender, then simmered with a blend of carrots, onions, leeks, cabbage and potatoes, then seasoned with a mixture of fresh herbs.
